When wearing your jewelry
Take care of your jewelry and avoid activities that can scratch it.
Remove them before sleeping, showering, or washing your hands.
When opening and closing earrings and chains, do so carefully. Do not pull on them, as they are made of precious metals and can break if excessive forces are applied.
Store your jewelry in a safe and dry place; Do not store them in the bathroom, as moisture and steam can damage them. Keep each piece of ISAÉ separately in its jewelry bag to prevent scratches and maintain its shine.
Over time, jewelry can lose its natural shine and take on a darker shade. To preserve their luminosity, we recommend polishing them frequently using our exclusive silver cloth.
Our materials include: 925 sterling silver, 18k gold plating, and brass.
All ISAÉ jewellery has a coating of between 2 and 2.5 microns, which makes it especially resistant to wear.
With proper care, your ISAÉ jewelry will retain its luminosity and character over time. Our 2.5 micron gold plating is designed to last and accompany you for years.
Exceptionally, if the piece loses its finish, we offer a free veneering service during the first year from purchase, in our store in Barcelona.
RETURNS POLICY
At ISAÉ, each piece of jewellery is created to accompany you for many years to come. Our desire is that each piece you receive perfectly reflects the essence of the brand and exceeds your expectations. However, we understand that on some occasions you may change your mind.
Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
The piece must be in perfect condition, without signs of use and in its original packaging (including case, bag and certificate).
Exceptions
- Returns of customized, engraved or made-to-order pieces are not accepted.
- In the case of earrings, returns are accepted as long as they have not been worn and are kept in their original and sealed packaging.
Process
- Contact our team at sales@isae-atelier.com indicating your order number in the subject line of the email.
- We will send you the return instructions.
- Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error in the order or defect of origin.
Refunds
The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase, within 10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned piece. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective parts or error in ordering
If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. ISAÉ will assume all replacement or return costs.

Our manufacture can be summarised as follows: 80% of our pieces are created in India, while the remaining 20%, our premium collection, is manufactured in Barcelona and Greece, with Barcelona being the same workshop as J.Roca, for high jewellery. Each of these workshops brings something unique to the brand, and they have a commitment to the quality of the pieces, the worker and the planet.

Working with our workshop in India is not only a technical or cost advantage: it is an alliance based on ethical, sustainable and transparent values. Some of the key points:

- Waste and emissions treatment: Our workshop has installed technologies such as scrubbers to control hazardous emissions in certain production steps, and has a ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) wastewater treatment unit, which minimizes water pollution. SME Climate Hub

Workshop in Barcelona: Signature Collection
Our premium collection is designed and produced in Barcelona with the same attention to detail, high quality materials and high ethical and environmental standards as J.Roca. (We use gemstones)
